Please allow 10-14 days for processing and shipping of all in stock orders. Backorders and produced to order can take minimum 6-8 weeks. All goods sold FOB Buffalo, New York.
Returns must be pre-authorized within 14 days of receiving goods. Any merchandise approved for return must arrive to our warehouse address in its original condition including poly bags, cards, hangtags, et cetera. Customers returning non-damaged merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returned merchandise.
Most products come with minimal packaging.
